User role

Any user

Make sure you have:

  • A Pro, Business, Education or Enterprise account.

  • You are the account owner or you have admin privileges to modify account- and group-level settings.

Make sure you have Zoom Cloud Recording enabled. More information here.

Add Zoom Integration to AnswerBite

  1. Login to

  2. Go to or click on the left side menu click on your name, and then select apps.

  3. On the Zoom integration panel, please click on the button "INSTALL" and follow the instructions.


​Once a Zoom integration is added to AnswerBite, the application works in background.

Every time you have a meeting recorded and uploaded to Zoom Cloud, AnswerBite automatically is going to transcribe your conversations.

Just go to using your login and password and get your transcript and insights.

Uninstall/Remove a Zoom Integration

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator.

  2. In the navigation panel, click Advanced then App Marketplace.

  3. On the top right of the page, click Manage.

  4. On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.

  5. Identify the app to be removed then, click Remove.

  6. In the Remove app pop-up window, choose your reason, then click Remove.

  7. All your data will be removed from AnswerBite too.
